Made For Trade is a market leader in the manufacturing of Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, Conservatory Roofs, and Korniche Aluminium Systems.
Following another record year for sales across all our product lines, we are currently in the process of recruiting for several job roles across three sites based in Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough and our new Head Office and main manufacturing factory based at Wynyard Business Park.
Continuing steady year on year growth, to keep up with customer demand and expectation we are now recruiting for various roles covering the following 3 functions:
Current Vacancies:
- Estimating – In this role you will take information from our customers and prepare accurate quotations in a timely manner ensuring all data is correct.
- Processing – Once our customer is ready, you will process their order for manufacture, checking all the relevant details to ensure no errors are made.
- Administration – Accurate data entry onto our CRM system for new customers is essential to the wider team as well as checking details with customers each time they contact us.
The Team – We’re a close-knit bunch so you’ll need to be an excellent team player as well as possessing the ability to work alone and take accountability for your work.
This position is vital to the smooth running of the department and is a busy, varied role. We are looking for someone with energy, excellent attention to detail and diligent in their work.

20 days holiday + statutory Bank Holidays
Working hours are 07:30-16:00 (some overtime may be required)

Enquiry Administrator:
- Receive and distribute all business enquiries. – You will be first point of contact for the business and receive all product enquiries via email, fax and online systems. Enquiries will be distributed through our CRM database to the appropriate team in a timely manner, ensuring all required details are provided to create quotes, amendments and signed orders for existing and new customers.
- Efficient, accurate data entry and CRM database management. – Candidates must possess an adept level of computer literacy to cope with the high demand of enquires in this role. Efficient Data entry must coincide with accuracy and attention to detail to keep the enquiry to sale process streamlined for all departments.
- Customer Service – Candidates must show an exceptional level of customer service to best represent the company when communicating with customers. Communication will only be done through email to suit the nature of our process.
Personal Skills – The candidate must demonstrate initiative and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates will be required to work overtime on occasion.
Be able to work well under pressure whilst remaining professional.
Candidates must be well organised and have a willingness to learn and continually expand their product knowledge.

This role is initially a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming a full-time role. 40hrs per week. 7.30-4 pm
