Made for Trade Celebrates Shortlist Success at National Fenestration Awards 2024!
We are thrilled to announce that Made for Trade has been shortlisted in an impressive 15 categories at the prestigious National Fenestration Awards (NFAs) 2024! This recognition is a true testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the fenestration industry.
What are the National Fenestration Awards?
The National Fenestration Awards are the industry’s first open platform awards, and aim to recognise all areas of the UK fenestration industry. Founded in 2013 in response to a groundswell of support for an independent and all-inclusive event, the National Fenestration Awards aim to recognise all areas of the UK fenestration industry by inviting everyone to register on the site and nominate and vote on who they think deserves recognition.
Unlike other awards, the NFAs are completely decided by industry participation. There are no judges and no panels at the National Fenestration Awards. The final outcome of the competition is decided completely by industry participation.

Our 2024 Shortlisted Categories
1. Aluminium Systems Company of the Year:
This nomination recognises our commitment to providing top-tier aluminium, Roof Lantern, Bi-fold Door and Rooflight, systems that meet and surpass the ever evolving needs of the industry.
2. Best Use of Video:
We’re thrilled to be shortlisted for our video content, which effectively communicates the exceptional quality and benefits of our products and services.
3. Aluminium Fabricator of the Year:
Our nomination in this category highlights our expertise in crafting high-quality aluminium products using cutting-edge technology right here in Teesside.
4. Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer of the Year:
We’re once again nominated for our Bi-Folding Door manufacturing excellence. Our Korniche Bi-Folding Doors are renowned for their ability to seamlessly blend functionality, security, and stunning aesthetics.
5. BDM/Sales Executive of the Year – Leigh Greenwood:
We’re proud to see Leigh Greenwood shortlisted in this category. His dedication and exceptional salesmanship are a valuable asset to Made for Trade.
6. Conservatory Product of the Year – Korniche Roof Lantern:
The Korniche Roof Lantern is once again recognised for it’s unbeatable ease of installation and stunning craftmanship.
7. Customer Service/Operations Person of the Year – Tracy McCabe:
Tracy’s unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service is being recognised through this nomination.
8. Digital Marketing Campaign of the Year:
Our innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns have been shortlisted, highlighting our success in reaching and engaging our target audience online.
9. Door Component of the Year – Speedbead:
Speedbead is designed to make the glazing installation processes simple!
10. Managing Director of the Year – Bradley Gaunt:
Bradley’s leadership and vision are at the core of Made for Trade’s success. His nomination in this category is a testament to his dedication.
11. Fabricator/Manufacturer of the Year:
This nomination recognises our overall excellence in product fabrication and manufacturing processes.
12. Office Manager of the Year – Mike Robinson:
Mike’s exceptional organisational skills and leadership are being acknowledged.
13. New Product of the Year – Flat Glass Rooflight:
Our new Flat Glass Rooflight has been nominated for it’s ability to flood any space with natural light.
14. Social Networker of the Year – Daniel Hirst:
Dan’s social media engagement strategies have been shortlisted.

Aluminium Fabricator of the Year
Made For Trade was awarded Aluminium Fabricator Of The Year for our high-quality aluminium products, including our Korniche roof lantern and Korniche bi-folding doors. Our aluminium products are designed and manufactured in Teesside using the latest technology.
Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer of the Year
Made For Trade was also awarded Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer Of The Year. Our Korniche bi-folding doors have been designed to perfection, to brighten any room. Our doors combine robust functionality and security with breath-taking elegance.
Conservatory Product of the Year (Korniche Roof Lantern)
Made For Trade was awarded Conservatory Product Of The Year our Korniche Roof Lantern. An exceptional product at a great price with unbeatable easy-fit technology to reduce time on site. Developed specifically with the trade and installer at the heart of the process.
We are no stranger to success at the National Fenestration Awards. Made For Trade has also previously won Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer Of The Year in 2021 and Aluminium Fabricator Of The Year in 2022.
